Zesty Lemon Blueberry Smoothie

Nothing screams ‘summer’ like fresh lemon zest and blueberries. Move over lemonade, this smoothie is not only more refreshing, but just as delightful as those kiddos selling it on the sidewalk. We added in some protein powder for a bit of a boost, making this recipe the definition of delicious summer magic.


Recipe

  • Lemon Poppyseed Bobo's Oat Bites
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. of fresh lemon zest
  • ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood
  • 1 scoop of Vegan Protein Powder

Instructions

Scoop the Amazing Grass and Protein Powder into the blender. Add the bananas, blueberries, lemon zest and half the Bobo's Lemon Poppyseed Bite. Pour in the almond milk and lemon juice. Blend. Enjoy.
