All of our delicious bars, bites and toaster pastries are made in our bakery in Loveland, Colorado.
Who is Bobo?
'Bobo' is the nickname of our founder's daughter, who first baked delicious oat bars in her mom’s kitchen in Boulder, Colorado.

Are Bobo's dairy-free?
Yes, all Bobo’s are free of any dairy products.
Are Bobo's nut-free?
There are several flavors of Bobo’s that contain tree nuts and/or peanuts. Bobo’s has an allergen program in place to prevent cross contact with these allergens, but we recommend that those with allergies to these ingredients exercise caution when eating our products. We recommend consulting with a doctor for any specific questions or concerns.
Are Bobo's vegan?
Are Bobo's gluten-free?
Every one of our products is certified gluten-free by the GFCO. Our bakery is a gluten-free facility and we undergo daily testing on every batch of our oat bars.
Are Bobo's kosher?
All of our bars are certified kosher by Earth Kosher.
Are Bobo's FODMAP friendly?

Why does Bobo's use coconut oil?
In 2018 we replaced the original recipe’s vegan buttery spread, made from palm, canola and olive oils, with coconut oil, reducing all products’ list of ingredients by five. For the past 14 years, the humble oat bar recipe created by Beryl Stafford and her daughter ‘Bobo’ has remained unchanged. However, recognizing consumers preference for fewer yet high quality ingredients Bobo’s has invested in improving the ingredients quality while also refining the consistency and texture of each hand-made bar.
The simplification was a conscious one, as the replacement of canola and palm oil with coconut oil lessens the environmental impact of deforestation. Sustainability and simpler ingredients are important attributes to consumers and the move to coconut oil incorporates both of these tenets.
We source our coconut oil from small, generational family farms and trees that average 20+ years of age drastically reducing the harsh deforestation and clearcutting commonly known with canola and palm oil production. The farms we source from are small in size and coconut trees have been the predominate tree of this “forest” region for many generations. The regional ecosystem is anchored on the survival of these coconut tree forests and the ecosystem’s livelihood depends on the continued maintenance of these coconut tree forests. Rather than a detriment to the regional ecosystem, these trees are the heart of local species and overall ecosystem’s survival.
It states on your label there are 2 servings in each 3 oz bar. Why don't you list the nutrition facts per bar?
Our bars fall into the FDA’s category of grain-based or granola bars. A single serving of these types of products is 40 grams. Since our bars weigh more than twice that amount, we were advised to publish our labels as amount per 1 serving.
Why isn't there more protein in Bobo's?
While some of our bars may not have a lot of protein, others do. Our Protein Bars all contain at least 15 grams of plant-based protein. Our Almond Butter and Peanut Butter Oat Bars have 6 grams of protein or more per bar. Our Nut Butter Stuff'd bars have 5-7g per bar.
Are these safe to eat while pregnant?
As every pregnancy is different, we recommend consulting with a doctor or dietitian to discuss whether our product would be a delicious fit for your prenatal diet!
What is the shelf life for your bars?
The shelf life for our Dipp'd Bars and Protein Bars is 12 months. The shelf life for all of our other snacks 7 months.
When will my favorite oat bar be back in stock?

Do you ship to Canada?
We only ship to the United States and are unable to ship to Canada or any other countries. However, we are in stock in a number of Canadian locations. Check our store locator for the closest store nearest you.
Why isn't my refund showing up on my credit card?
Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to fully process and show up on your statement.
Can I use a discount code on top of an already discounted product?
This varies depending on the promotion. Please enter the promotional code in question at checkout to determine if your code is valid. Please note, if you have received a 10% off welcome code for signing up for our email list, you may use your discount code on any order type at any time.
Why does my code not work for certain products?
Discount codes will not work on any item that donates funds to a charitable cause (Hero Bar, Pride Bar, There With Care Bar, and face masks).
You're out of stock on my favorite flavor, can the promo code be held until you're back in stock?

When do I get charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
