Fulfillment Associate

Shift: Friday-Saturday & Sunday 6:00am - 6:30p.m. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Wage range is $19.00 per hour
  • Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401k with 4% company match, sick and vacation leave

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products as well as fulfilling online orders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and will be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of products and materials.
  • Sort, store, and distribute products according to inventory procedures.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and investigating discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts & pallet jacks, to move products as needed.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications / Education / Experience Desired:

  • Prior experience working in a warehouse or E-Commerce environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrap, or other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strom communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.

 

Language / Mathematical / Reasoning Ability:

  • Must be able to write and speak, both clearly and effectively
  • Must be comfortable working with numbers
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong math skills required

 

Supervision Given:

  • This position will report to the E-Commerce Supervisor
  • The position holder is expected to be able to work with minimal oversight at times, able to confidently handle situations on their own

The employee is required to travel, drive a motor vehicle, and communicate using telephone and email.

 

Travel Required:

Limited – May be required to travel locally on an infrequent basis.
