Position Title: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range is $90,000 -$110,000
- Benefits include bonus potential, health, dental and vision insurance, 401k with 4% company match, equity shares, sick and vacation leave
Position Summary: The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will streamline & enhance our safety, inventory, shipping/receiving, e-commerce fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency. The position holder will optimize processes, ensure efficient workflow, and collaborate with production teams to align shipping needs with production schedules. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and a hands-on approach to logistics management. The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain reliability across all aspects of the operation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Follow and enforce safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies; alerting others regarding potential concerns.
· Uphold highest standards of food safety and product quality; promptly reporting issues as necessary
· Provides safety leadership to reduce workplace injuries and associated costs.
· Explicit focus on quality, actively minimizing costly rework (e.g., mis-ships, returns). Manage compliance to mitigate legal/financial risks.
· Oversee accurate inventory control, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
· Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of goods to minimize loss and damage.
· Ensure all areas of responsibility are always clean, clear and organized
· Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting.
· Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to schedule repairs, calibrations, and upgrades of MHE.
· Maintain records of equipment service history, warranties, and compliance.
· Train staff on safe operation and basic troubleshooting of warehouse hardware.
· Evaluate and recommend new equipment/technology to improve efficiency.
· Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
· Verify shipments for accuracy and coordinate with carriers for freight management.
· Manage e-commerce order fulfillment, including packaging, labeling, and shipping.
· Develop and refine warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
· Manage inter-facility transfers and off-site warehouse operations.
· Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with inventory and shipping demands.
· Monitor yield rates and material usage, identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
· Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for maximum productivity.
· Forecast logistics needs based on production timelines and customer demand.
· Resolve bottlenecks in material flow between production and warehouse operations.
· Train, supervise, and lead warehouse staff to meet KPI performance targets.
· Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have direct supervision responsibilities for 5-8 Warehouse and Ecommerce Supervisors.
Qualifications / Education / Experience Desired:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food warehousing, logistics, food production, or e-commerce
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within small and large, diverse teams
- Comfortable with fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Experience in process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus
- Experience with scanning systems
Language / Mathematical / Reasoning Ability:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong math skills required.
Supervision Given:
- This position will report to the Director of Logistics
- The position holder is expected to be able to work with minimal oversight at times, able to confidently handle situations on their own

Location: On-site at our headquarters located in Loveland, CO
Travel Required: Limited – May be required to travel locally on an infrequent basis.
