Compensation and Benefits:
Wage range is $27.00-$32.00

Position Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Bobo’s, its customers, broker partners, and internal cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, sales order execution, forecasting support, customer onboarding, and issue resolution while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, order accuracy, service level performance, and seamless communication across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Logistics
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, brokers, and key business partners.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively managing customer expectations.
Understand customer needs, requirements, and business objectives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, inventory, and service.
Act as an advocate for customers while balancing company objectives and operational capabilities.
Maintain knowledge of company products, pricing, programs, and industry trends.
Own the customer order lifecycle from purchase order receipt through delivery.
Ensure sales orders are accurately entered, processed, and monitored throughout fulfillment.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure successful order execution.
Manage customer expectations regarding order status, inventory availability, lead times, and service issues.
Lead new customer setup and onboarding processes.
Maintain customer pricing, item setup, and related master data.
Support item agreement creation and setup with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Track seasonal programs, LTOs, and promotional activities from planning through completion.
Serve as the lead administrator for customer portals and reporting systems & platforms.
Manage EDI transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of customer data across systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.
Escalate issues appropriately and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service issues, and corrective actions.

Qualifications / Education / Experience Desired:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, supply chain, sales operations, or account management.
Experience supporting customers within CPG, food manufacturing, retail, Club, grocery, or natural channels preferred.
Experience working with customer portals, retailer systems, EDI, and order management processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ERP systems and customer management platforms preferred.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service mindset with exceptional communication skills.

Supervision Given:
This position reports to Director of Logistics
This position is expected to be able to work with minimal oversight at times and be able to confidently handle situations on their own.

Work Location: This position will work on-site at our facility in Loveland, CO
