Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning the Sweepstakes.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 US and DC, age 18 or older.
2. LENGTH
The Sweepstakes starts 12:01 am MT on August 8th 2022 and ends 11:59 pm MT on September 19th 2022.
3. ENTRY
By entering the Sweepstakes, you are agreeing to receive email communication from Bobo's. You may opt-out anytime.
4. PRIZE WINNERS SELECTION:
A winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. Winner is drawn weekly from August 8 through September 19 2022 each Monday at 12 AM MT. Winners will be notified via email.
Winners of the Sweepstakes may be announced publicly via Instagram and Facebook periodically and may be displayed on the Sweepstakes collateral.
5. VALUE/ODDS:
Each Sweepstakes Prize has a retail value of up to $350. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Any discount codes received are not eligible for use on items that donate funds to a charitable cause, such as Cause Bars and face masks.

Neither Bobo's, or any affiliates, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in these promotions.
