They’re full of fiber and easily digestible protein, making them the perfect teammate to perfectly baked oats. This recipe combines our love of both ingredients with the sweet taste of tropical sunshine.
Recipe
- 1/2 Original Bobo's Oat Bar
- 2/3 cup of Chia Seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
- ½ tsp. of vanilla
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/2 cup coconut shreds
Instructions
Prep Time: 12 hours (overnight chia seeds)
Serving Size: 1
Mix chia seeds, vanilla, salt and almond milk into a jar. Shake up. Store in refrigerator overnight. Once the chia seeds are done, in half of the Original Bobo's Oat Bar and the sliced mango. Enjoy!
