Every year, September comes along and the leaves change, the weather gets a bit cooler, and we’re hearing everyone rave about their morning Pumpkin Spice Latte. This year, we finally made a Pumpkin Spice Bobo’s Bar, so we could enjoy delicious Pumpkin Recipes! Here’s our first – a Pumpkin Banana Smoothie – with pumpkin spice and everything nice (er-hum, cinnamon, that is!)
Recipe
- 1/2 of a Pumpkin Spice Bobo's Bar crumbled into the smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop your favorite protein powder (vanilla works best)
- 3-4 pieces of ice

Serving Size: 1
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until the smoothie is thick and creamy. Crumble the second half of the Bobo’s bar on top.
