This recipe is the perfect go-to protein pick-me-up for mid-morning, mid-afternoon… or you know, at 2am when you can’t sleep and need something sweet yet healthy. If you’re not familiar with ‘nice cream,’ it’s a special kind of ‘ice cream’ made from fruit that’s suitable for our vegan or dairy-free friends. It also happens to be pretty delicious. In this rendition, we decided to add in some protein powder for a more well-rounded nutrition label.
Recipe
- 1 Crumbled Apple Pie Stuff'd Bobo's Oat Bite
- 3-4 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. of vanilla yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- drizzle of honey or agave

For the ‘nice cream’, take 3-4 frozen bananas and blend in a food processor until creamy. For the ‘twist,’ add 1 scoop of protein powder, peanut butter & vanilla yogurt and stir until blended. Crumble 1 Apple Pie Stuff'd Bobo’s Bite. Drizzle honey to taste.
