What is the Rewards Program?

It's a free program that lets you earn points on all your product purchases, social media follows and shares, referrals, and your birthday! You can then redeem these points for rewards, discounts, and Bobo’s swag.

How do I join?

Go to eatbobos.com/account/register. Then enter your email address, create a password, and check your email for a message from us to confirm your account. Once done, log in as usual and start earning and redeeming!

How do I redeem my points?

Once logged into your account, select the ‘Rewards’ tab on the right side of the blue top banner to redeem rewards and view Rewards and their point values. Upon clicking on a reward, you will have a promo code to insert into the Checkout page on your next purchase. It will automatically populate into your cart.

Do points ever expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in the Bobo’s Rewards account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the Bobo’s Rewards account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

Can I earn points if I purchase in retail stores?

At this time you can only redeem points when purchasing from eatbobos.com.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
