Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal

We have whipped up another amazing recipe with the help of Sophia from @WholesomelySophia to give you a delicious summer oatmeal featuring fresh blueberries that will keep you energized throughout all of your summer adventures. It is perfect when you are tight on time- with a prep time under 3 minutes!

Directions

  1. Combine your favorite oatmeal and nutmilk into a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for one minute. 
  3. Top with a dollop of greek yogurt, a crumbled Bobo's Lemon Poppyseed Oat Bar and a handful of fresh blueberries. 
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
