E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary: The E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales across all Bobo’s e-commerce platforms and providing short and long-term direction to Bobo’s e-commerce and digital marketing efforts. This position will be tasked with planning and executing strategies for all of Bobo’s acquisition and retention marketing through paid, earned and owned digital properties including eatbobos.com, email marketing, SEO, affiliates, Amazon and paid digital media.  This position must have the ability to work cross functionally to drive growth in the digital environment, manage front end and back end of e-commerce site and all digital platforms, and manage ongoing digital strategy and content execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategy and execution of Bobo’s e-commerce site including driving sales, traffic, content, promotions, CRO, engagement and world-class user experience, and managing ecosystem of rewards, subscribe & save and other site exclusive value drivers
  • Manage e-commerce revenue growth to deliver company goals for retail and wholesale sites
  • Develop and execute digital brand and content marketing strategies that attract and engage target consumer to support direct to consumer and wholesale business initiatives across organic, display, SEM, paid social, and email
  • Assist with Amazon strategy and execution including catalog and product optimization, paid media, reviews, third party reseller enforcement and more
  • Manage and optimize paid media spend across Google, Facebook, display, retargeting and more
  • Lead organic customer acquisition strategy including content strategy, SEO and lead generation
  • Lead email marketing strategy and execution including segmentation, design, and automation
  • Assist in managing agencies and partners to efficiently and effectively execute Bobo’s digital plan
  • Develop digital and eCommerce reports to analyze ROI, performance, track trends, and make strategic recommendations to ensure that we are continuously optimizing our efforts and providing growth in our programs
  • Drive wholesale growth through deeper engagement in current channels and uncovering new relevant opportunities for the brand
  • Support other digital, marketing and company objectives

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4-7+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Amazon seller central, vendor central and Amazon Advertising Platform
  • eCommerce platform experience – Shopify preferred
  • Email marketing program management – Klaviyo preferred
  • Positive attitude & eagerness to learn

Language/Mathematical/Reasoning Ability:

  • Strong communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to track and report on key performance indicators
  • Knowledge of natural products industry a plus
  • Experience in the Adobe creative suite is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
