Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change quantities, delivery schedule, or cancel at any time. Easily manage everything in your Eatbobos.com account area.

When do I get charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

Can I add one-time products?

Yes! Simply log in to your account and click the red “Add Product” button. You can then search for products you would like to add to your next shipment.

How do I switch to a different flavor?

Click the blue pencil icon next to the item you wish to change. On the next screen, you will find a prompt to Change Flavors.

How do I update my payment information?

Click the blue pencil icon next to any item on your subscription. On the next screen, you will find a menu item labeled “Payment Method.” Click “Edit” to update your payment info.

Can I subscribe to multiple products?

Yes, you certainly can!

How to pause/skip order?

Click the blue pencil icon next to any item on your subscription. On the next screen, you will find a menu item labeled “Ships On.” Click “Change” to select a new delivery date.
