Lean Mean Green Coconut Smoothie

We understand – smoothies are fantastic, but they tend to be on the sweet side. This recipe brings you a bit of fresh lime into your life without all the sugar.  With one sip, you’ll be transported pool side, ready to soak up all that vitamin D. Add an umbrella and just bask in all the sunshine and delish-ness.


Recipe

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • ½ an avocado
  • ¼ cup of fresh lime juice
  • 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood
  • Coconut Bobo’s Oat Bite

Put the avocado, banana, spinach, green superfood and coconut bite in the blender. Add in the coconut water and fresh lime juice. Blend. Enjoy.
